Community Services Consulting
Much of our experience in organization development and planning has been with community based nonprofit organizations. We have worked with foundations, community action agencies, trail development organizations, youth development groups, college programs and more.
In order to provide content specific consulting services to community based organizations, we have developed a unique partnership with Garrett County Community Action in MD. Garrett County Community Action has a national reputation for high quality affordable housing developments and collaborative social service delivery in a rural environment. Further they have a core team of highly experienced community program managers!
We can tap community action senior managers to provide deep content rich process consulting and training for community action agencies and other community based social service providers. We can draw on 100s of years of experience at a fraction of the cost of what it would take to have that kind of experience on staff full time. We can also provide start up organization support for new social service organizations.
Think Outside works with leadership (staff and board members) of community based organizations struggling to implement housing development in their communities, train staff on service programs, support implementation of new strategies, or measuring and tracking outcomes. Our work with you results in stronger organizations better able to meet the needs in their communities and report on their results.
